The purpose of our Preventative Maintenance Visit is to ensure that your printer is always clean and fully serviceable.
During use, printers will inevitably collect all kinds of dirt and build up of debris e.g. toner leaks from cartridges, paper dust and dust from the environment. This build up is generally found in and around important assemblies within your printer and also in the paper path. Our PMV incorporates both cleaning and inspection of your machine to it’s original manufacturers specification and is designed to ensure that, where possible, your printer remains fully serviceable.
If we find any problems with your printer, we will always offer to give you a quote detailing any further work required. The final decision as to whether you want the work to be undertaken is always yours.
